So I managed to score tickets to Breaking Dawn Part 1 last week. I was actually looking forward to this movie cause the trailer actually looked epic and the sex scene! Hehehe..

For those who haven't seen the trailer?

Anyway, the seats were not numbered but we were able to get some pretty decent seats. So, what did i think of the movie? I actually thought it was pretty entertaining. They tried to inject some funny parts in it but what annoyed me the most? They freakin' censored ALL the parts that were probably the most epic/exciting parts in the movie! The sex scene, the part where the baby was born, and the part where Edward bit her to save her life. Oh, which apparently, my colleague said that he didn't bite her, he injected a needle into her. She knew cause she read the book. But what about those people who hadn't read the book? They wouldn't even know how she got transformed in the first place! WTF!

I was annoyed beyond words. I even got out of the cinema telling my bf that there's no point to even go to the movies anymore (in Malaysia) if they keep censoring movies like this. First it was Immortals, now this! Wtf man.. Freakin' Malaysian censorship board needs to get a life! You think censoring a few scenes out of a movie will make any difference to our "beloved" race in this country?!

*phew* Now all of that is out - back to the funny bits? :P Since I literally had to drag my bf to the movie, he obviously had some comments after the movie as well and he had a pretty good time making fun of the movie I must say. BUT, he does have a point when he says that Jacob always says he's leaving but he ALWAYS ends up coming back! Haha! No wonder Bella doesn't give a shit everytime he says he's leaving.

Oh wait, there was 1 thing I didn't quite like about the movie. When the twilight series first started, I was actually team edward cause he was all sweet and that. But from the 2nd ep onwards, I was team Jacob. Haha! Kudos for those who know why.. :P But this last episode.. really made him a freakin' paedophile! Sigh!!

Last but not least? I freakin' didn't know that this was part 1 of 2!! *face palm*!!!

Managed to score 2 tickets to watch Immortals at 1U yesterday (kudos to my friend!). So obviously went with my bf. Actually I had not heard of this movie before until my we saw a billboard which was advertising this movie and my bf said that he wanted to watch it.

When I was offered these tickets, I quickly accepted them as I knew my bf was interested. Anyways, so we went to collect our tickets, my friend informed me that the film distributor that brought this show in was one that has not had a good track record on my list - not going to name this film distributor due to work reasons :P but let's just say my expectations for this film dropped drastically after that.

Before I go on, perhaps you guys should take a look at the trailer first below. Btw, I hadn't watched the trailer myself till this blog post.

Hmm.. doesn't look to exciting huh? Well, to my surprise, I actually quite enjoyed the movie. It was definitely full of violence/gory stuff therefore very appealing to all guys. For the ladies? Well, most of the men in there had 6 packs? Enough incentive? Haha! Okok, in all seriousness, without trying to give out too much info and spoiling the movie for everyone - I quite liked the movie. Only problems for me were:

  1. The lead actor didn't seem very charming enough. Thought he would have been better casted by someone like Brad Pitt or Russell Crow. But he was quite good looking laa. :P
  2. There were too many cut scenes!! Unsure if it was because the movie was too gory or what but it was weird because there were even cuts during the conversation bits which was possibly the most exciting bit as it probably built up the plot. It kinda felt like the movie roll got damaged or maybe even someone was getting some up there in the movie room (you know, the little room up above the cinema where the light comes out from and plays the film) because not only was scenes cut, the whole movie was pushed out of frame!
  3. There were some anomalies I felt during the last scene but I am not going to say anything as that would probably ruin the story for you. However, don't think it was that important but do let me know whether you feel the same when you guys have watched it ya!
Other than the above? Yea - would recommend you guys to go watch it. However, probably only worth it if the cut scenes were fixed. It really really annoyed me during the movie. So yea..

I finally went to watch transformers last weekend - late much? :P

I was like freakin' sitting at the corner of my seat the whole time! It was so kan-cheong that my bf said that I was practically talking to screen while IN the cinema! I used to have a colleague (a guys btw) that said that he would have Optimus Prime's babies and I would think he was mad. But after that movie, I wanted to have his babies! Haha! :P

What I couldn't believe was that the Sentinel was a baddy! I thought he was going to be the saviour but noooo.. he had to bring the freakin' Cybertron to earth! WTF! Go get your own planet! :P he was such a disgrace to his kind! Disappointed!

Anyway, was super duper upset when I found out that Michael Bay only signed up for 3 movies and that there weren't gonna be anymore movies after this one. What are we going to do without transformers now?!

Keeping this short because everyone in the world would have watched it already so no real point in giving a review? :P

So bf managed to score some free tickets to the premier (ie. last Wednesday) for Thor from Time Out KL in Mid Valley. So we went right after work for dinner. Had a craving for Ireland Potatos and bubble tea (Cha Time had just open in Mid Valley!) for some reason - weird combo huh? But that was what we had for dinner. :P

Anyway, headed up to go and pick up our tickets and guess who saw?! Our very own Asian THOR!!! *Rawr!!* Haha! Dude was kinda err.. I dunno... weird? I know he was trying to be the cool Thor and all but not having a single expression on your face? Hmmm...

So we got into the cinema, and what we didn't know was that our tickets were for 3D Thor! I didn't know to happy or sad because to be honest, am not a fan of 3D movies. They always tend to give me a headache. My only other 3D movie would have to be Avatar I think. Watched it in Signature and for some reason that was okay. However, didn't think Thor was necessary to watch it 3D though. There were even some parts where I actually just took off my glasses to watch because the "nose piece" was actually hurting me. The only thing I was missing out on? Haha! 3D subtitles! Woots! :P

What did I think of Thor? It was freakin' amazing. Not going to say anymore because people should just watch it. Chris Hemsworth though was uber hot (only his body and 6 pack). Don't really like his scruffy-ness in the show. Also, just found out that he also starred in Star Trek as George Kirk! Now HE was hot then! Haha! Anyhow, bf actually read from somewhere that Chris Hemsworth showed up on set on the 1st day of filming TOO buff. Sooo buff that they had to delay shooting for 2 weeks so that they could put him on a cut down regime AND re-size his costume so that he could fit into it again.

Trailer of the movie below. To be honest, when I first saw this trailer, I was like "meh.. another fantasy story for the kids". But boy was I wrong. :P

Note: Stay back until the VERY END for sneak peak to the Avengers!

Happy labour day! And tomorrow is a holiday - yay! :P

*Spoiler alert*

Damn syok sendiri. Getting back to the title of the blog. Managed to go and watch Source Code with a coupla of colleagues from work.

Bf made me skeptical about this movie because apparently he seen the trailer and thought that this movie would have kinda been another Adjustment Bureau. (ie. love story-ish). Although there were some elements of the movie that made me go wtf because it was just so sudden (particular when it came to Jake Gyllenhall and the chica in the movie)

Anyway, starring Jake Gyllenhall and a few other characthers I don't know, (:P) This movie starts with Jake waking up in a moving train and in someone elses body (think Quantum Leap - for those who haven't seen this, go Google :P). He panics as he's unsure what or how he got there. The next thing you know, the train blows up and he ends up in a small shuttle with a lady officer trying to talk to him and get information on what he had just seen.

It turns out that Jake was actually a soldier fighting in Afghanistan. The lady officer then tries to jolt his memory by doing a few memory exercises. He later finds out that he was being sent on a mission to try and find the bomber of that particular train he was in as there was another threat of a nuclear explosion. How was he going to do that?

The US Govt. had created a programme called the Source Code, that allows them to send someone (in this case, was Jake) to take over someone's body in his or her last eight minutes of life. What they didn't know though was that it was actually more than that! Won't wanna spoil it for you guys but you will just have to watch the movie for yourself! Trailer for movie below!

Had been craving for 2 things in the past coupla weeks - WonTon (not even the noodles :P but since it came with it.. why not) and Nuggets.

Therefore, am in the search to try and find the best WonTon mee around! Have definitely already tried a coupla places but since it was not blogger about - I will start afresh! :P First stop? Damansara Kim. I did not take down the name of the coffee shop but it's the one that is further away from EuroDeli.

Photo doesn't quite do justice for the noodles. I had already mixed it around once. Therefore, there is a few more pieces of charsiew to what you see in the photo. :P Also, forgot to take a photo of the WonTon! *face palm* (Damn fail right considering WanTon is supposedly my main focus and not the noodles?!)

Anyways, noodle was only okay. The black sauce did not seem to have any taste making the noodles quite tasteless. The charsiew on the other hand was actually not bad. And the WonTon? It came in a small bowl with only 2 WonTon's. I think the lady had forgotten to mix up her pork mince because 1 of them (which was the first one I ate) had no taste at all while the other was REALLY salty. Having said that, for those who know me or have been reading my blog, I am one who fancies salty food and the 2nd WonTon had actually boosts some points for this stall. :P
Monday, 25th April 2011

Went for a drink last Friday night with some of my bf's friends in Devi's corner in TTDI. One of his friends went to apparently order Apom. I was like where in the world is he going to get Apom here? Apparently, the stall just outside of Devi's corner does! I was uber excited!

Apom was my favourite snack while growing up. I remember my dad used to buy them for every weekend when we went to the market. He kinda stopped buying them for me once the prices kept going up and he suddenly came to realise that it was getting too expensive and not worth paying for something which was just made out of flour.

Anyway, back to the Apom stall - I've always seen the stall there when going back to my bf's place but I never what they sold. From the looks of it (from inside the car), I always thought that they were selling Chinese newspaper or something. :P

So anyway, first thing my bf's friend told me was that the guys that were manning the store were deaf - like literally. He had to point and use hand gestures to order. I didn't think much of it then.

So his apom arrived and then I realised that he had CHEESE in it! I was like wtf?! what kind of Apom has cheese in it?! Apparently, this store's speciality is not just normal Apom, he makes Apom with "stuffing"! He adds cheese, egg, banana, nuttella, etc. I had never seen/tasted this kind of Apom before! And so I was even MORE excitied! See below for his menu (abit blur cause it was taken at night with my phone)!

What's not in this menus is his specialty Apom with durian!

I had a bite of my bf's friend's apom and it was pretty good! The Apom was slightly thicker than the normal ones we get from the pasar/hawker stall and yet still nice and crispy! Plus the cheese part made it even yummier since I'm a fan of cheese! Bf couldn't resist at the end and he even bought one. :D

Just looking at the guys striving to make ends meat made me feel bad for them. :( Also, bf told me rumour has it that they are selling Apom to help support their home for the mute and deaf children. How true that is, I'm not sure. Tried Googling and nothing came up. But even if it's not true, I was like we should buy an Apom from them everynight just to support them. :P
Tuesday, 12 April 2011,

For those who remember, me and my bf made a new year resolution to try and go out station at least once  month. It is now April, and we have only done it twice - once in Feb to Aus and last Sunday, to Seremban. I guess I went to Penang in March but I personally think it shouldn't count cause I didn't go with him.

Anyways, why Seremban? Because there's this food court above the Seremban wet market which serves really nice awesome Hakka noodles. The first time I went there was after a hiking trip in Broga in 2009! Store is called Tow Kee and the wet market is located on Jalan Pasar. Why is it so special? My bf swears that they boil the noodles in pig lard because the "sauce" is slightly thicker than your usual. How true that is, I'm not sure. All I know is that it is super yummy. Even ta pau-ed 10 packets to bring home!! Haha!

What's terrible about this place is that because it's situated above the wet market, getting to the shop is seriously a struggle! The place REALLY stinks and I mean really!! I seriously felt like puking when I got there. The bottom floor smells fishy and when you go upstairs, next to toilets - OMG *puke*. Smelt like the toilet hadn't been washed in years! Doesn't help much that there is a HUGE drain like just outside the market.

Moving along - I forgot to bring my camera again (sucky blogger huh?), so all credits to photos below goes to Google Images ya!

Blog inspired by my brother. Haha! Guess it feels good to know that people out there do read my nonsense. Anyway, he was asking about Paranormal Activity 2 at dinner just then and since I hadn't blogged about it yet - so I thought I'd do up a blog now.

Actually watched paranormal activity quite a few weeks back. Thought that the first movie was must better though. This movie just kinda explained why the first chiq in the first movie got possessed and what happened AFTER she killed her husband/fiancee (I can't remember who it is now). So therefore, it was pretty much a paralel pre-quel. Also thought that this movie had slightly less scary scenes than the first.

Movie started out with a couple bringing home their new born baby. It then went on to show that they're house got broken into hence getting CCTV's installed in the entire house. Felt that this was to satisfy some of the feedback they got from the first movie. If I remember correctly, alot of people (bf included) couldn't not stand how shakey the camera was in the first movie. Hence the CCTV' to ensure a stable recording. Anyway, moved to the mum starting to hear weird noises in the house and then their older daugther. Dad did not believe a word they said until he found his wife kinda just dazed and hypnotised. Shall not spoil what they did after that so you guys will just have to watch it. :P Anyways, as usual, trailer below:

Check out 0:54 - the baby is seen in the mirror reflection but not in his actual cot - jeng jeng jeng!!!

LOL! For those out there scared to watch the actual trailer above, see the one below! LOL! Found it when I was looking for the official trailer.

16 March 2011, Thursday

Went to watch Battle LA coupla nights ago. Bf managed to get free tickets - woots! Don't worry, no spoiler alert this time. Why? Cause this movie is THE BOMB! So, I'm not going to ruin it for you. But... for those who already know what this show is about, I think you can probably already figure out the gist of the show. To be honest - I actually didn't know that this show even existed. Only reason I said yes to go for this show was cause of my friends FB update which said how good this was compared to Skyline!

Movie poster followed by trailer below:

All I can say? Aaron Eckhart is my new hero!! :D

JUST GO WATCH IT GUYS!
Monday, 31st January 2010

1st day in Australia and had already crossed 2 items off my list of food. Will try and blog about all of them but this post is meant for the Red Rooster chips from Eastwood.

These red rooster chips in Eastwood is not the same as any other Red Rooster chips. I had to learn that the hard way. It was only then did I realise that the Eastwood joint was privately owned. First difference was that the chips in Eastwood were crinkle cut, the other joints were normal fat chips. Second difference was the chicken salt. The Eastwood chicken salt is to die for. I think that's like the best chicken salt I've taste so far!

Me and my friends used to get red rooster chips almost every week! So today, I went again with them.

It wasn't the same anymore. The large box felt like it shrunk and the chips - I don't know. Felt like something was missing. Even my friend said so. She figured that it was cause of the change of ownership of the store which she recognised immediately after stepping in cause of certain skin tones... (if you catch my drift).. :P
23 January, Sunday

I know this is old. But me and bf only managed to watch this recently on DVD coupla nights ago.

Staring Denzel Washington and the ever so hot Chris pine, this movie brings your 'kan cheong-ness' to the max! My usual movie watching stance is to just lie on the bed but for this movie? I was practically sitting up the whole time cause I was too kan cheong already! :P
Movie plot? Nothing very fantastic. Quite cliche stuff actually. Train gets out of control and the 2 heros above go and save the day. But the way they kept the suspense going for the whole movie was pretty good!!

Trailer below - just realised I didn't watch the trailer before. And by just watching it, also make me kan cheong! Highly recommended! For those that haven't seen it - go watch!

17th January 2011, Monday

Before I start off, just realised that I freakin' backdated my last 2 blogs to 2010! Haha! So for everyone's sake and for mine, just so I know when I come back and read my blog 10 years from now that my last 2 blogs were meant to be in 2011.. :P

So anyways - Sammy's Adventure. Finally watched it on DVD a coupla nights ago in my bf's place.

The movie started out cute and promising. But judging from how I worded my last sentence, I think you know how this movie is going to turn out.

It was down right stupid and boring. The whole movie you could tell was definitely just made for the 3D effects. The story was just bleah, no climax, no nothing. It was like watching 1+ hours of nothing because the movie kinda ended in like 2 mins just as you thought something more exciting was going to happen. I was kinda ticked off in the end because it was like wtf?!

Gah! Anyways, just don't bother watching this movie if you're expecting some sort of nice story line like Finding Nemo. Watch it only unless you want to experience the 3D effects I guess.
15 January 2010

Bf and I didn't know what to eat one night so we decided to go check out this placed called Darabif in Damansara Uptown. Bf's friend managed to buy a coupon from GroupsMore which costs RM2 and it entitles you to get a burger and fries AND a free membership card which usually costs RM15 for free. With this membership card, you are entitled to like 10-20% (I can't remember which it was) for purchases above RM20. The most exciting thing is that with this card, you also get access to their secret/special menu which is not on the normal menus at all.

This special menu had 3 extra burgers you could choose from. Not going to tell you the flavours cause then it ruins the surprise. Haha! Go get your own membership card. :P

Anyways, me and bf ordered the spicy chicken burger (left) and the wagyu beef burger (right).

It also came with fries (left) and the drink (right - it's more a closeup pic of the logo ON the drink:P )

Food was quite yummy. Both the burgers has very different sauces which made the burgers interested. The fries as well tasted like it was fried with some extra herbs. Our meal came up to RM16.00 even with the coupon. A normal set without the coupon is roughly about RM10 for a single pattie burger and RM12-RM14 for double pattie burgers. The special menu burger sets are at RM16.00 which was what had to pay for as it was a top up from the coupon.

Oh! Last but not least, you could also choose your patties - whether you wanted them lean or juicy. They had this paper (above) as placemats on the trays telling which part of the beef you'll be getting depending on which pattie your order.
13th January 2010

*Warning - Spoiler alert*

Went to watch Gulliver's Travel 2 weekends ago with my friends in Tropicana City Mall. For those who don't know, this movie by Jack Black is actually loosely based on Gulliver's Travel - the 18th century novel.

What happens? Well, from the trailer, you already know that he went on a boat trip to the Bermuda Triangle and he gets caught in a freak storm. The next thing you know, he is strapped down in a place called Liliput by little men who at first takes him as a beast. But the minute he saves the King of Liliput by releasing himself (by pee-ing for those who didn't get me), he then gets treated like a king there too. He starts making up stories about him being the president and him being Jack from Titanic etc. But all good things come to an end and obviously people eventually find out that he was bluffing and he then gets banished to an island with giants. Lala - long story short, he manages to get back to Liliput and really defeats the evil general who took over the place and earns back the trust of all the tiny men.

What can I say about this movie? It was a typical Jack Black movie. It was funny and entertaining but only because they had silly/stupid jokes. The script? My bf swears that it was written by Jack Black because it's dumb as heck.

Anyways, trailer below. Enjoy. =)

Sunday, 2nd January

First of all - Happy New Year to everyone! And sorry for the long hiatus. Just been caught up with the year end holiday mood. :D

Resolutions for the new year?

1) Lose weight because I've been eating non-stop for the past 2 weeks and have put on more weight than I was at before the biggest loser
2) Visit some place (at least outstation) once a month

Anyways, since my last post - have just been catching up with friends. For Christmas eve, we celebrated it with my bf's friend's place in The Tropics. Bought us a turkey, roast beef and just ended up chilling/chatting the night away. For Christmas morning, I went to meet some of my friends. Was going to head to Tom Dick and Harry's but we didn't know it only opened at 10AM (and we got there at 9.30AM).

The staff was rude in telling us that they don't open till 10. And when we asked if we could just sit here and wait till they opened, they assured us 3 times to say that they will not serve us till then. Then, as we were just sitting down, they decided to blast the music out loud which in my opinion felt like they did it on purpose just to shoo us away. We left the place in the end and decided to head to this place called Departure Lounge in Damansara Uptown.

The most unique thing about this place - Make your own breakfast. This place allows you to choose 3 iteams from the list for RM8.90, 5 items on the list for RM11.90 and 7 items for RM13.90. All come with bread which you are then allowed to upgrade to french toast.

Me, Mun Yee, and BK

Me and BF

Us playing Monopoly - they had a set lying around and I've always wanted to play monopoly again for the longest time so we started a game until the food came. :P

Food wasn't fantastic though.. I ordered the Egg and Salmon omelette on bread. The bread was hard and the eggs and salmon was not fantastic. BF ordered the breakfast set with 5 items and again, nothing to shout about. Each order a drink and our bill for 2 people came up to RM42.00. Not bad for Christmas breakfast but I think if it was for a normal occasion, it might be slightly on the expensive side for me. :P

P/s: For those who were wondering about the title, it's because I wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year first but then started to talk about what I did during Christmas. Haha.. :P
Monday, 29th November 2010 - 11.22pm.

Just finished work and got home not long ago. So thought, what better way to just kill my 20 mins of time before I go to bed - so here I am... :P

Had to take my mum to Jusco Midvalley the other day because apparently she always gets lost in shopping malls and doesn't know where she ends up parking etc. So as we were walking to Jusco in the lower ground area which links Gardens and Midvalley. We saw a new store open. It was called Ireland's Potato.

Me - being a huge fan of potato obviously was intrigued. All they pretty much served were french fries with various sauces/toppings. I stared at the menu the longest time and finally decided with my mum to try.  I wanted to be adventurous and try something different and not like have just cheese sauce on top, so we tried what they called the "Ireland Chicken Sauce" (if not mistaken - forgotten already.. :P sorry). They were not cheap. It was at least RM8.80 for a cup of fries and that was already the cheapest.

Interior of the place. Not very big. Left photo - tables and some benchtops. Their "kitchen" was situated on the right of the left photo (lol.. confusing kah?). Right photo was what they had plastered on the wall right at the back of the shop.

My Sauce

Left photo is how big the cup was. And right photo was how much fries we got plus our sauce.

Overall, I thought my sauce tasted quite yummy although would have loved to have more of it. The sauce made my fries soggy and for those that know me, that's my favourite kind. However, having to pay RM8.80 for it? I think that's extremely expensive considering it's just potato at the end of the day. And my chicken bits in the sauce was quite close to nothing. Definitely not something I would go and buy all the time considering how much I like potato chips. Me and mum think it'll just be something everyone would try once and not try again because of the price. If it was priced cheaper at RM5ish, then maybe it's something I would consider to buy each time I passed it.

Thursday, 25 November 2010

Decided to go Pak Toh with bf yesterday since getting back from Korea. While waiting for him to finish work, I went surfing the net trying to find things to eat. We always have this problem of deciding what to eat so I thought I'd do a little bit of homework before driving around aimlessly again and end up eating in the same places. :P

After looking for about 15 minutes, I found this Vietnamese place in The Curve called Pho Hoa. I thought why not - let's go try. I haven't had my Vietnamese fix probably since I got back from Australia which was about close to 2 years now (holy crap! It's going to be 2 years! WTF! Means I haven't seen my beloved NmC for so long!! *nostalgic moment* *flash back*) and I used to eat this stuff almost once a week because there was a place which served quite decent pho near my place in Aus.

Anyway, below is what we ordered:

Vietnamese Drip Coffee with Milk and Ice. I have never seen this before! So, when it came, you should have seen me! I was so jakun! my bf can vouch for that. Haha! We had to wait for the coffee to finish dripping first. Stir it with the condense milk at the bottom and pour it over ice. Top it with more water if you did not want it to be too strong. It was really good! Coffee smell was nice and had just the right amount of condense milk and water!

For appetisers, bf ordered grilled chicken skewers. That was just alright - nothing to shout about. It came with sweet sauce as well but think it tasted better without.

Lastly - photo my of pho. Had the steak and meatball pho. The soup was really good! Comparable to the ones I get in Aus. But the noodles was a bit disappointing. That was the first thing I noticed when I got my bowl of noodles. It was thin-ish noodles. I didn't even know what kind they were. They just looked similar to "lou shu fun". :P I couldn't put my finger on what was wrong with my bowl of noodles because the soup was amazing. So am guessing it because I didn't like the noodle itself very much.

So for 2 bowls of regular noodles, 2 drinks, and 1 appetiser, our bill came up to RM50. Pricey if you asked me. Food was average however if you are craving pho and need your fix, think this is the only place I've been too.
Monday, 15 November 2010

This is probably my first actual post for the month. Well after Tuesday night and a week from that, I'll have plenty to post about! Fingers crossed I don't get lazy because Korea - here I come! Woohoo!

Anyway, went to watch Skyline today at Tropicana City Mall. Without much further a due - trailer below:

Looks kinda cool huh? Well, what you see on the trailer is pretty much you get - both in the poster and in the trailer! Wait - except for the part the newscasters were talking about Stephen Hawkin. I wished there was so much intellectual dialogue in the movie! :S WTF! The script was so bad! It's like they HAD to make the characters talk to each other when they were stranded in the apartment, so they thought "hey... let's chuck a couple of useless lines here.. and here.. and HERE!". I'm not even going to bother giving a spoiler alert because everyone should really know what happens in the end so that nobody goes and waste their time watching this show! :S

They had a pretty good cast though - Eric Balfour, Donald Faison (dude from scrubs), David Zayas (dude from Dexter). But what they did with the movie - my god! I seriously hope it doesn't kill their movie career.

But yea - gist of story? Aliens came, pretty much took over the whole world, used human brains as "power" for all kind - from powering themselves to machinery/spaceship.

Eric Balfour, who was somehow "the one" managed to gain super strength. Not sure if it's because he managed to fight his way out of getting sucked into the aliens - not once but TWICE! But when the aliens tried to use his brain to power up one of their little alien buddies - he managed to keep himself conscious as a human (although in a alien body) and save his girlfriend and unborn child from dying. And that's pretty much how it ended - him taking on all the other aliens.

THE END!

Dingy - you should pay us for going to teman you to watch this movie. :P

Saw the number of blogs I have done in the past month and got a shock of my life! Didn't think I was that far behind in blogging! LOL! So quickly started this post. But once again, this happened like maybe 3 weeks ago! Even before my Nike Run. :P

Me, sister, and brother in law went to go and pick up our Nike run stuff in town. After picking it up, we decided to head to Pavilion for lunch. We didn't know what to eat so we just went down to the food level first to kinda scout out what there was. We passed this:

There was a menu on the font and on this menu, they opened to the page of a picture of a blueberry pancake! Oh boy! Did that look good! After much debate, we decided to give this place a try and sat down.

We ordered:
1) Pancake with sausages
2) Waffle with chocolate and peanut butter sauce
3) "THE" Blueberry pancake
4) Halo halo - Philippines Ice Kacang. So am guessing this chain is from the Philippines.

And this is what came out:

Pancakes with sausage. Check out the size of the sausage. :S

Lol! Brother in law could fit all the sausages onto the fork. We each had 1 in 1 bite and they were gone! :( We actually paid more for this as well cause it had "sausages"

Halo halo - not bad but on the sweet side.

Waffle with chocolate and peanut butter. Not enough chocolate and the waffle was not a waffle. It was more like a pancake with waffle patterns. :S

Didn't manage to get a picture of blueberry pancake that made us decide to eat in this place. Albeit the food was not bad, it was nothing to shout about. The sausages and the waffle was kinda a turn off as well. So don't think we'll be coming back here again.
